After understanding your business model, it is clear that your team has already completed the most important product-side milestones, including formulation, manufacturing, laboratory testing, packaging planning, and company registrations across multiple countries.

The next stage is to transform those products into a globally recognized premium brand through a structured digital growth strategy. The Fold Tech would like to partner with you as your long-term digital growth partner by providing the technology, branding, website development, SEO, AI SEO, paid advertising infrastructure, customer support systems, and strategic guidance required to launch, grow, and scale the brand internationally.

Rather than approaching this as a website project, our objective is to build a complete digital ecosystem that supports sustainable business growth and future expansion into additional countries, products, and marketplaces. Project Understanding

Project Management & Team Structure

To ensure flawless execution and transparent communication, The Fold Tech will assign a specialized, dedicated project team to your account:

• Dedicated Project Manager: Responsible for project planning, timeline management, internal coordination, deliverable tracking, quality assurance, and formal reporting.
• Dedicated Client Point of Contact (POC): Handles your day-to-day communication, approvals, meetings, and quick progress updates.
• Allocated Specialists: Shopify Developer, UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, SEO Specialist, AI SEO Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, Content Writer, and Customer Support Coordinator.

Client Responsibilities

To maintain our strict timeline, the client will provide timely access to the following:

• Brand Assets: Brand Name, Logo, Product Information, Images, Packaging Assets, Specifications, Certifications, and any existing marketing collateral.
• Platform Access: Shopify Store Access (or collaborator code), Domain details, Business Email, Social Media accounts, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and Google properties. (The Fold Tech can assist with setting up the Shopify environment from scratch if needed).
• Creative References: Preferred website references, brand inspiration, competitor benchmarks, and existing assets.

Future Expansion & Excluded Services

Future Scale-Up Initiatives: As the business matures, future expansions may include Amazon, Walmart, and eBay Marketplaces, TikTok Shop, multi-country regional rollouts, Marketplace SEO/Advertising, Influencer/PR management, Affiliate structures, Email/SMS automation, Loyalty programs, and Custom Mobile Applications. These initiatives will be scoped and quoted separately as needed.

Explicit Exclusions: Day-to-day marketplace operations, influencer sourcing/outreach, and PR management are excluded from this agreement. However, if the client provides influencer contacts/references, we will actively utilize them within the performance marketing assets.

Payment & Commercial Terms

*Project timeline is subject to the timely receipt of required assets, approvals, and platform accesses from the client team.

Commercial Conditions

• Payment Method: All payments will be processed securely through Shopify Payments. Project activation begins immediately following receipt of initial milestone payment.
• Minimum Engagement: Phase Two Growth Management requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months to ensure adequate data gathering, ad optimization, search engine indexation, and conversion rate baseline establishment.
• Budgets & Third-Party Costs: Ad budgets are funded directly by the client. External software/platform fees (Shopify subscriptions, premium themes, app licenses, domain registrations, AI SEO tool subscriptions) are paid directly by the client.
• Proposal Validity & Late Terms: This proposal is valid for 15 calendar days. The Fold Tech reserves the right to pause project activities if any payment remains outstanding for more than seven (7) calendar days.

Expected Outcomes

By the completion of our initial engagement phases, your business will possess a professionally branded digital presence, a high-converting luxury Shopify store, an established traditional and AI SEO foundation, production-ready ad accounts, streamlined support workflows, and an analytics framework engineered for seamless international scalability.
