Total allocation: 10 hours per Month @ 35$ Per Hour
Terms & Conditions
Scope of Work
- The client is responsible for providing sufficient tasks/work to cover the allocated hours.
- The dedicated resource will work only on the tasks provided by the client during the allocated time.
Unused Hours
- Unused hours will not be carried forward to the next Month.
- If the client does not provide enough work to utilize the full time slot, the remaining hours will be forfeited.
Extra Hours
- Any work requested outside the dedicated 10 hours per Month will be considered extra hours.
- Extra hours will be tracked separately and invoiced at the end of the month.
Continuity of Service
- This is a continuous Monthly service unless paused or cancelled as per agreed notice terms.
- A Tracker will be created for the client in order to track the progress of the work accordingly
- A dedicated resource will remain allocated for the duration of the active subscription.
General
- This service guarantees time allocation, not task completion.
- All work will be performed within the agreed scope and availability.
