Description
A dedicated resource will be assigned to the client for 5 days per week, 3 hours per day.
Total allocation: 15 hours per week.
Terms & Conditions
Scope of Work
- The client is responsible for providing sufficient tasks/work to cover the allocated hours.
- The dedicated resource will work only on the tasks provided by the client during the allocated time.
Unused Hours
- Unused hours will not be carried forward to the next week.
- If the client does not provide enough work to utilize the full time slot, the remaining hours will be forfeited.
Extra Hours
- Any work requested outside the dedicated 3 hours per day will be considered extra hours.
- Extra hours will be tracked separately and invoiced at the end of the month.
Continuity of Service
- This is a continuous weekly service unless paused or cancelled as per agreed notice terms.
- A Tracker will be created for the client in order to track the progress of the work accordingly
- A dedicated resource will remain allocated for the duration of the active subscription.
General
- This service guarantees time allocation, not task completion.
- All work will be performed within the agreed scope and availability.
